When you purchase a program, product or service from our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

When you take any of our courses or programs, you acknowledge that the processes and information provided is not intended to replace medical or professional advice or treatment.

 

PROGRAM GUARANTEE POLICY

We want to make sure that you are a good match for our programs and that you are totally satisfied with your decision to join. We are so confident of the effectiveness of the information and coaching shared inside our programs, that we offer a 30-day money back guarantee period for purchases.

Essentially, if you take the actions outlined below and you have not experienced any changes in how you see yourself or how you feel about yourself, we will refund your money (less external transaction fees).

To qualify for the guarantee and receive a refund (less external transaction fees) you must:

  • Watch and complete the available Modules & Coaching sessions in the course, either attending live or via the replay.
  • Have actively engaged in live sessions where available, by asking questions and participating in any breakout activities OR if you are unable to attend live then to have sent in questions or participated in the online community space.
  • Shown that you have asked for help or clarification from the community via the community space or on coaching calls at least once about the challenge you may have been having or have reached out to Mary & Gary via email for support. 
  • Explain why you were not happy with the program and all evidence above submitted to [email protected] by 11:59PM of the 30 day after enrolment to [email protected]

We do not offer refunds for an incorrect purchase or just a change of mind.

Our programs have been proven to work when people apply the learnings and practices in their lives. So by joining the course, you will see the most results by taking action. We are here to support your success, so please email us if you have any questions or need support.

PROGRAM PAYMENTS

The fees for some programs are offered in various payment plans.

If a payment is missed or fails, the card used to purchase may automatically be attempted to charge again. In the event that the charge still fails, you will be contacted to revise the payment.

You are responsible for the FULL AMOUNT of the payments, but if an issue with affording payments arrives please contact us to make payment arrangements.

In the event of failed payments you will be removed from the program until payment is caught up to date. If you do not correct payment failures within 14 days it will result in remove from the program in its entirety and you will remain liable for the total sum less what has been paid to date.

CANCELLING A PAYPAL SUBSCRIPTION

It is your responsibility to cancel any subscription payments you do not wish to continue in PayPal. When you do, the cancellation will be reflected in your Saffron Heart Library and you will lose access to the product/course/membership you have cancelled.

If  you do not cancel in PayPal by the renewal date and request a refund of the renewal payment, all fees from PayPal will be passed on to you. 

PRIVATE SESSIONS

If you need to change your session time, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required otherwise the full fee will be charged at our discretion. There is no refund or transfer for missed sessions.

Please be punctual as a late start will result in a shorter session to ensure other people's sessions are not delayed.

RETREAT CANCELLATIONS

More than 28 days from the event commencement:

  • Cancellations will be accepted less a 10% processing fee and any credit card or PayPal charges.

Less than 28 days from the event commencement:

  • Cancellations will not be accepted. Fees will not be refunded but may be transferred to another event at the discretion of Source Creations. A 10% transfer fee and any differences in course fees will be payable.
  • Participants who fail to attend a booked event without advising Source Creations will be charged the full fee.

If insufficient registrations are received, events may be rescheduled or cancelled. If an event is cancelled, a full refund or transfer will apply based on the individual participant’s wishes.
