If you log in and a purchase isn't showing and you have a different email for your PayPal account, try logging with that email. If that doesn't work then try with any other email address you have because sometimes people purchase using a different email from the previous one they used.

How do I stop your emails going missing?
If you use Gmail...
Create a Custom Gmail Filter to stop our emails going to spam
Click on the Show Advanced Options Icon next to the X button.
In the From section, copy our email, [email protected], or type just saffronheart.world to apply the settings to all that come from us.
Click on the Create Filter button.
Turn on Never Send it to Spam and Also Apply filters to matching conversations and click on the Create Filter button.
And you're done! All previous and future emails from us will arrive in your Primary inbox 🥳
How to keep our Emails out of Gmail’s Promotions Tab
Open Gmail and find an email from us that is in your Promotions tab.
Drag and drop the email from Promotions to Primary. You'll see the Primary tab turn red when you've done this successfully.
After moving your email from Promotions to Primary, you’ll also see a temporary popup in the corner. It asks whether you want Google to move future emails coming from this email address directly to your Primary tab instead of the Promotions tab.
Select Yes to make the change permanent. 🥳
To cancel an automatic payment with PayPal
Log in to your PayPal account.
Go to Settings.
Below 'Pre-approved payments', click Manage pre-approved payments to find your payment.
Select the payment, and then click Cancel.
Note: Cancelling a subscription cancels all future scheduled payments of that subscription. A subscription can be cancelled up until the day before the next scheduled payment in order for you not to be charged.
It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription payment directly in PayPal. When you do, the cancellation will be reflected in your Saffron Heart Library and you will lose access to the product/course/membership you have cancelled.
If you do not cancel in PayPal by the renewal date and request a refund of the renewal payment, all refund fees from PayPal will be passed on to you.
