The Portal of the Four Cities ~ A Doorway to All That You Are
A Program that will Unlock the More of You
Over the past year, many of us have felt a quiet stirring ~ a Knowing that there was more for us to understand about who we are and the role we're here to play for humanity.
So it was exciting when DZAR began sharing a deeper insight into the Four Cities of Creation that formed part of the 2025 Call of the Sacred Stones Program.
In particular, they have shared how discovering your specific City, and aligning with its purpose, can enable you to reconnect and live more effortlessly as the light that you truly are.
Rather than a large group course where it's easy to feel invisible and left to figure things out alone, The More of You is a shared nine-month journey that allows your understanding to deepen, unfold and integrate as we explore and expand together.
Whether you were part of the 2025 program or are new to DZAR's teachings, The More of You will show you how you can experience more ease, joy and flow in your life.
The Journey Together
The More of You is a nine-month immersion, allowing the understandings and processes DZAR will share to deepen over time and be integrated into our lives.
Throughout this journey we will explore what DZAR refers to as the More of You ~ the deeper expression of who you truly are that begins to emerge as you align with your City.
We will gather on Zoom twice each month for 90 minutes, creating a steady rhythm of exploration, reflection and integration as the teachings and processes unfold.
Workshops are held on Sunday @ 7:30pm USA eastern and start on 29 March.
A place for community and connection
Alongside the larger online workshops, there will also be opportunities for deeper connection in smaller groups.
These smaller groups ~ which we call Pods ~ offer a more intimate space for reflection, conversation and shared insights as the journey unfolds.
Pods have been part of the Saffron Heart community since 2022, and some of the original Pods are still gathering today ~ a beautiful reflection of the friendships and connections that have grown within these smaller circles.
Participation in a Pod is completely optional, so you’re welcome to engage in whatever way feels most supportive for you.
If you’re unable to join a session live, you can watch the replay in your personal Saffron Heart library.
You can then continue the exploration within your Pod, allowing the understandings to deepen through conversation and shared reflection.
What We Will Explore
In The More of You we will be exploring the deeper understanding DZAR has been sharing about the Four Cities of Creation ~ Rhu, Ma, Maja and Tao.
These teachings are unique to DZAR and is not information available through other channels or traditions.
The Cities describe four fundamental expressions of Creation’s energy ~ each carrying a different role in how life unfolds and how we express ourselves within it.
These are the energies of the Four Cities :
Rhu Breath, flow and healing.
Ma Growth, nurture and change.
Maja Creation and possibility.
Tao Relationship and the connections.
As we explore these Cities together, the invitation is not simply to learn about them intellectually but, with DZAR's guidance, to discover your own connection with them.
In this way, the Four Cities become a portal through which you can open to the More of You.
This is new information that DZAR is sharing that is emerging specifically for this time in humanity's conscious evolution.
The More of You is an opportunity to explore and apply these emerging understandings together.
Why This Work Matters Now
Over the past few years, DZAR has been sharing more information about humanity’s conscious evolution and the role each of us plays within it.
The teachings of the Four Cities of Creation are part of that unfolding.
